Have you ever wondered why you like one beer and not another?
This is one of the HARDEST questions to answer and even MORE DIFFICULT to put into words.
The ability to answer that question typically requires a deep understanding of beer styles and beer evaluation techniques. These are often difficult to learn.
So why is it so hard to learn beer styles and evaluating beer then? It's tough because beer isn't binary. It has many overlapping characteristics.
Creating a "perfect" classification system is impossible (many still try though).
This is why many people resort to memorization which is often boring and not much fun.
We are here today to tell you that there is actually a better method to learn beer styles and to evaluate beer. It can also be fun.
It's called "imperfect" classification.
When learning beer styles and beer evaluation methods, you don't need a "PERFECT" system.
You need a "WORKING" system.
We have been getting great results using our version of this system with our campus students for many years.
We call it the Beer Bucket Method
This method gets results and fast.
Many of our students were able to command the beer evaluation process within only a few lessons and they had a lot more fun doing it.
Other students have used it as framework to pass their beer industry exams at far higher rates than the national average.
